Our first deployment sits across three interconnected pathways in Kenya: engineered biochar production and storage, afforestation and revegetation, and avoided emissions from industrial biomass displacement. Each pathway shares the same feedstock origins, the same field data capture, and the same verification layer — because in practice they are rarely separate programmes. A single biomass clearance event can generate permanent soil carbon, fund tree establishment, and displace fossil fuel in the same reporting period.

Where we operate
StratumClimate’s first programmes are rooted in Kenya, with a platform designed to extend across East Africa as additional projects are onboarded. Field operations, laboratory verification, and governance are built around the realities of working landscapes — variable connectivity, distributed teams, and multi-year timeframes — rather than assuming the conditions of a typical software deployment.
